Investment Transparency: What is your donation made of?

When you make a donation to our reforestation project, you are not just buying a tree; you are financing a complete cycle of ecological restoration. To ensure that each sapling becomes a strong tree capable of sustaining an ecosystem, we divide the investment into three fundamental pillars:

1. Acquisition of High-Quality Saplings

The first step is choosing life. Your donation covers the purchase of native saplings from certified nurseries.

  • Biological Diversity: We select species that belong to the local biome (Atlantic Forest, Cerrado, etc.), ensuring the balance of fauna and flora.
  • Genetic Quality: Healthy saplings, with a well-developed root system and ready to face the soil.

2. Preparation and Technical Planting

Planting a tree goes far beyond digging a hole. The funds raised finance the logistics and specialized labor:

  • Soil Preparation: Opening pits with appropriate dimensions and initial fertilization so that the plant has immediate nutrients.
  • Transport Logistics: The safe movement of saplings from the nursery to hard-to-reach areas in need of recovery.
  • Specialized Planting: We ensure that the sapling is positioned correctly, avoiding water stress or root suffocation.

3. Maintenance and Hydration (The First Year)

The first 12 months are the most critical for the survival of a young tree. Your donation guarantees continuous monitoring during this period:

  • Hydration Circle: During dry periods, we ensure systematic watering so that the sapling does not die from lack of water.
  • Pest and Competitor Control: Cleaning the surrounding area (crowning) to prevent grasses or leaf-cutter ants from hindering growth.
  • Survival Reports: Technical monitoring to replace any saplings that may not survive, ensuring that the promised impact is delivered.

Commitment Summary

Your contribution does not end the moment the sapling touches the ground. It is a life insurance policy for the forest of tomorrow. By covering the costs of purchase, planting, and one year of hydration, we transform a one-time donation into a lasting environmental legacy.

Thank you for helping the planet breathe better!
